With over 20 years of experience in business strategy and operational excellence, Morgan Hunter brings a proven track record of transforming SaaS companies from concept to category leadership. As the founder of SN8X, Morgan offers sharp, pragmatic consulting services that help technology firms (especially those in the SaaS space) navigate growth, change, and complexity.

Before founding SN8X, Morgan spent nearly a decade at ServiceNow, where she built, launched, or scaled some of the platform’s most iconic products including Integrated Risk Management, Customer Service Management, and Security Operations.
She also led global partner strategy and enablement, fighting to make on-demand training free for all partners and defining the standards for partner governance.
Her leadership helped shape both product direction and marketplace norms, resulting in Gartner-recognized innovations and operational standards that endure today.
A serial entrepreneur, Morgan has founded multiple companies across consulting, nonprofit, and SaaS domains. Her work has spanned product development, risk and compliance, digital transformation, and partner ecosystem strategy—building a rare depth of experience across IT operations, governance, and business model innovation.
